Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded. Unfortunately, We are not able to cancel or change an order after it has already been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns and exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
What if the item I am interested in is sold out?
Our items can sell out very fast. If you are interested in items that are sold out please email us at info@mihanastudio.com or DM us in instagram (@mihanastudio) and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Handling
Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days for all in stock items. Should a product be out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected.
Order processing for Custom Resin Paw Bag Charms/ Keychains usually takes 15-25 business days. And for custom real flower jewellery orders, the processing time is 7 working days. Please remember that each piece is made to order and fully handcrafted with love for you, so please allow us enough time to make your pieces.
You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.
All UK orders are sent default with Royal mail 1st class. You will receive the dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped. Unfortunately, we do not have more information about where is the parcel once it is been dispatched.
All international orders are sent with Royal mail international Tracked & Signed delivery and we can track the parcel on Royal mail website.
There are MAJOR delays due to COVID-19. Please contact us if you do not receive your order with 14 working days (UK) or 60 working days (INTERNATIONAL).
Prices
All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, but EXCLUDES any custom charges (differs for each country). Please refer to your countries rules & regulations with regards to custom charges (if applicable) when receiving parcel from overseas.
Terms of Payment
The goods are delivered against payment by Shopify.
Proprietary Rights
Goods will remain the property of "www.mihanastudio.com" until payment has been made in full.
